- Grace Carter seeks to ship your order as soon as possible, usually the next business day. Please allow up to two business days for processing orders placed with regular shipping option. You will receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. This email will usually arrive one or two business days after you receive your initial order confirmation email. Shipping costs vary with every order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the “Shipping Information” section during checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of package, shipping location and other criteria.

- Returns & Replacements
- Returns/Exchanges are easy. Just keep these guidelines in mind:
- > We accept unworn products purchased exclusively from GraceCarter.com within 30 days of receipt of order.
- > We are also here to help if you have any questions, contact us.
- > Return unworn shoes in orginal packaging.
- Ordering
- After your order is submitted you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you’ve reached this page, you can be assured your order did go through and will be processed. You should also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is submitted.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- GraceCarter.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors. We do not accept checks or cash at this time. We only accept one form of payment per order.
- Promotions and new products will be available from time to time on our website. If you registered for our Newsletter, you will also be notified via email when we add new products or reduce prices.
- Sales tax of 6.8% will be charged to items shipped to the state of Utah.
- Viewing Orders
- It's easy to check the status of your order! Just click the My Account link at the top right of the website and sign in with your email address and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you placed your order over the phone or via mail/fax, you can check your order status by contacting one of our customer services specialists at 1.866.377.9961 or emailing Customer Support.
- Updating Account Information
- To change your account information, click on the “My Account” link at the top right of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has places to update your contact information and your billing and shipping addresses. From your My Account Dashboard you also have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity.
